Study onthe Mechanism of Dai Medicine“Yajie Shaba”in Treating Staphylococcus Aureus-induced Mastitis inRats

Abstract：ObjectiveToexplore the efect and mechanismof dai medicine“Yajie Shaba”on Staphylococcus aureus mastitis in rats.Method SDratswererandomlydivided into5groups：blank control group，aureusrat mastitis modelgroup，and“Yajie Shaba”low，medium and high dose group （ 0.3g/kg ， 0.6g/kg ， 0.9g/kg ），and each group had 3mice.After the molding，theblank controlgroupndthemodelgroupwereinfusedwithnormalsaline，andtherestof thegroupwas giventhecorrespondingdoseof“Yajie Shaba”once a day，the changes of CRP， IL-Iβ ， 1L-6 and IL-8 in serum and the pathological changes of breast tissue in each group were observed.Results There wasnobreast massformation intheblank control group，but breastmass formationintheother groups；thehistopathologicalsectionobservedthatthebreastdamagedegreeinthemodelgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthe low，medium and high dose group；the content of CRP， 1L-1β ， 1L-6 and 1L-8 in the serum of each group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group.After treatment，the expression of CRP， 1L-1β ， 1L-6 and 1L-8 in serum decreased in the experimental group（The changes in the values in the high- dose group were all P<0.05 ，the expressions of 1L-1β and IL -6 in the middle- dose group were decreased， It was statistically significant， P<0.05 ， and the expression of 1L-6 in the low - dose group wasstatistically significant， P<0.05 ）.Conclusion“Yajie Shaba”can reduce the inflammation of acute mastitis inrats，and its mechanismofactionmayberelatedtotheibitionofproinflammatoryctokines-I-1β，I-6，I-expresionandtasi cal pathway of  N F  - B  signaling pathway.
