Comparative Study on the Lipid-lowering and Digestive Effects of Crataegus scabrifolia （Franch.）Rehd and Crataeguspinnatifida Bge

Abstract：Objective Tocompare the diferences between Crataegus scabrifolia （Franch.）Rehdand Crataegus pinnatifidaBge. Inreducig bloodlipidsandpromotingdigestion.MethodsAcutehyperlipidemiamodelsofmicewereestablishedbyintraperitoneal injection of 75% egg yolk emulsion，and hyperlipidemia model mice wereestablished by feeding high-fat diet for6 weeks to study andcompare thelipid-loweringefects.Measuringthe propulsionlengthandrateofevans bluetoanalyzeandcomparethedigestive efects.ResultsThetwohyperlipidemia modelmousestudiesshowedasignificantincreasethelevelsofTC，TG，LDL-Cinthe model group compared to the normal group （ P<0.01 ）.However，compared to the model group，Two extracts showed a significant decrease in TG levels in various dosage groups （ P<0.05 or P<0.01 ）.Additionally，the high -dose groups of two extracts exhibited a significant decrease in LDL-C levels （ P<0.05 or P<0.01 ），and there were no significant diffrences in the levels of TC，TG， LDL-C，andHDL-Cbetween Crataegusscabrifolia（Franch.）RehdandCrataeguspinnatfdaBge.Inthedigestionpromotionexperiment，thelow-dosegroupofCrataeguspinnatifidaBge.SignifcantincreasedthepropulsiondistanceandrateofEvasblue（ P （204 <0.01 ）.Conclusion Both Crataegus scabrifolia （Franch.）Rehdand Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.Demonstrated significan lipidloweringeffcts，particularlyinTGndDLClevels，withcomparableeicacy.However，CrtaeguspinnatifidBe.Exibieda notably superior digestive promotion eect compared to Crataegus scabrifolia （Franch.）Rehd.
