Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythequalitystandardofpeanutbranchesandleaves.Methods ThecharacteristicsandTLCidentificationmethodsofpeanutbranchesandleaveswereestablished，andthewatercontent，totalashcontent，acidinsolubleashcontent andextractweredeterminedaccording toCinesePharamacopoeia2O15edition.Result InTLCof peanut branchesandleaves，correspondingspotswerefoundinthesamepotionofreference medicinalmaterial.Therangesofmoisture，totalashcontent，acidinsoluble ash content and extract were 9.77% to 12.40% ， 6.58% to9 .08% ， 0.10% to 1.53% ，and 26.08% to 27.88% .Conclusion This study can provide the basis for quality control of peanut branches and leaves.
