Abstract：ThetheoryofministerialfireisanimportantpartofthetheoreticalsystemoftraditionalChinesemedicine.ministerial fireiscloselyrelaedtoumaslp.TepathogenesisandtreatmentofinsomiadisorderaredisussedfromtheperspectiveofinisterialfireeoyItisosderedatministerialfieeractivity，minstealfielossandmisteralistructoarebasisf insomniadisorder.Threfore，theebasictreatmentmethodsofleartheeartosothetemid，ourishyintoducefireouish yintosubdueyang，guidethefirebacktoitsorigin，regulatethetripleenergizer，andmaketheministerialfireflowunobstructedly， clinicalwithdfentetogndpatogesisofistealfireatholgicalstateofsdroedieretiatiotoimproeteat effect ofinsomnia disorderpatients.

失眠障礙屬于中醫(yī)“不寐”的范疇，為睡眠障礙最常見的一種類型，失眠癥狀或失眠障礙的發(fā)生率為 4%～50% ，臨床表現(xiàn)為頻繁而持續(xù)的入睡困難或睡眠維持困難并導(dǎo)致睡眠滿意度不足為特征的睡眠障礙[1]。（剩余5058字）
