Abstract：Chemotherapyrelatedconstipationisoneof thecommoncomplications ofchemotherapyincancerpatients，whichseriouslyffectstheirqualityoflifeandthesmothprogresofchemotheapyTraditionalChinesemedicinehasuniqueadvantagesintreatingchemotherapy-inducedconstipationandhasfeweradversereactions.Thearticlesummarizestheclinical experienceofusingthe “balance heoryofriseandfal”totreatchemotherapy-inducedconstipation，whichhasadefinite herapeuticefectonimproving constipationsymptomsinpatientsAcasestudyispresentedtosupprthis，inodertoprovidemoreclinicalpracticebasisforthe treatment of chemotherapy-induced constipation with traditional Chinese medicine.
