Research on the Extraction Technology and Quality Control of Lingxiao Tongfeng Granules

Abstract：ObjectiveOptimizethe extraction process，and establish thequalitystandardof Lingxiao Tongfeng granules.MethodsWiththecontentofhesperidinandthepasteyieldrateastheevaluationindexes，thebstextractionprocessofLingxiaoTongfeng granules wasselectedbytheorthogonal test method；According totheprovisionsof ChinesePharmacopoeia granules，thecaracter， hesperidincontentandthinlayeridentification（TC）wereestablished.ResultThebestextractionprocessforLingxiaoTongfeng granuleswasadd8timesofwaterfor3Ominuteseachtime；thethinlayeridentificationmethodofCampsisgrandiflora，PlantagodepressaWilldandCitrusreticulataBlancowas established，andthecontentof hesperidininLingxiaoTongfengwasdeterminedConclusionTheextractioprocssestablishdintisstudyisstablendreliable，andthequalitativeandquantitatiemethodetablishdis convenient and reliable，which can be used as the quality control method of Lingxiao Tongfeng granules.
