Abstract:Objective Improve the qualitystandardof Shenqi Bolikangtablets.Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was usedtoqualitativelyidentifyginseng,astragalusmembranaceusandepimediuminShenqi Boliang tablet.Highperformanceliquid chromatograpy(HPLC)wasusedtodeterminethecontentsofastragalosideIVandicarininthepreparation.Results TheTCspots of ginseng,epimediumandastragaluswereclear,wellseparated,negativeandnoninterferene.TeSDoficarinprecisiore peatability and stability were all less than 3% ,the mass concentration was in the range of 34.0093-141.7054μg ,and the linear relationship with the peak area was good ( R2=0.9999 ),the recovery rate was 99.60% ,and the RSD was 2. 0% .The RSD of astragaloside IV for precision,repeatability and stability was less than 2.0% ,the mass concentration was in the range of 2.4415-12.2075 (2 μg ,and the linear relationship with the peak area was good ( R2=0.9992 ),the recovery was 100.88% ,and the RSD was 2.8% : ConclusionTheestablishedmethodhasstrongspecificityandgodreproducibilityofresults,andcanbeusedforthequaltontrolof Shenqi Bolikang tablets.

參芪博力康片是由人參、淫羊藿、菟絲子、黃芪、五味子、靈芝等十三味藥組成,除人參粉碎成細(xì)粉外,其余十二味加水煎煮,得到稠膏,加入人參細(xì)粉,干燥、粉碎、壓片制成。(剩余7659字)
