Abstract：Objective Improve the qualitystandardof Shenqi Bolikangtablets.Methods Thin layer chromatography（TLC）was usedtoqualitativelyidentifyginseng，astragalusmembranaceusandepimediuminShenqi Boliang tablet.Highperformanceliquid chromatograpy（HPLC）wasusedtodeterminethecontentsofastragalosideIVandicarininthepreparation.Results TheTCspots of ginseng，epimediumandastragaluswereclear，wellseparated，negativeandnoninterferene.TeSDoficarinprecisiore peatability and stability were all less than 3% ，the mass concentration was in the range of 34.0093-141.7054μg ，and the linear relationship with the peak area was good （ R2=0.9999 ），the recovery rate was 99.60% ，and the RSD was 2. 0% .The RSD of astragaloside IV for precision，repeatability and stability was less than 2.0% ，the mass concentration was in the range of 2.4415-12.2075 （2 μg ，and the linear relationship with the peak area was good （ R2=0.9992 ），the recovery was 100.88% ，and the RSD was 2.8% ： ConclusionTheestablishedmethodhasstrongspecificityandgodreproducibilityofresults，andcanbeusedforthequaltontrolof Shenqi Bolikang tablets.

參芪博力康片是由人參、淫羊藿、菟絲子、黃芪、五味子、靈芝等十三味藥組成，除人參粉碎成細(xì)粉外，其余十二味加水煎煮，得到稠膏，加入人參細(xì)粉，干燥、粉碎、壓片制成。（剩余7659字）
