Abstract：Pdiatricenuresisasacommonclinicalconditio，itsonsetandavarietyoffactorsrelatedtotheclinicals thelower elementofcold，kidneyqiisnotsolidandcausebladderisnotabouttocausepediatriceuresis，generationsofdoctorsbelievethat pediatricenuresisismailyresponsiblefortemainmechanismoftetriplejiaogasificationufavorable，bladdercostraintsoutofor der，buthechildren’sbody“easyto weak andeasy toreal，easytocoldandeasytoheat”，theonsetofthediseaseis ofteneasyto occurcoldandheatTransformation，andenuresiscourseofingeringdificulttocure，theonditioniscomplex，ofenafectingother organs，resultingindsfunctionofthefiveviscera，imbalanceofyinandyang，qi，blodandfudoperationisnotnoal，airfor enuresis.Inthispaper，wetakethe“fiveorgansasawhole”asanentrypoint，andtake“kidney”asthecentertoexploretheetiologyandpathogeesisofpediatricenuresis，anddescribeteChinesemedicinereseachofpediatricuresisfromtheperspectiveofthe five organs，in order to provide references for clinical treatment.

小兒遺尿癥是指5歲以上小兒不能從睡眠中醒來而反復(fù)發(fā)生無意識的排尿行為且癥狀至少持續(xù)3個(gè)月，是兒科常見疾病。（剩余8878字）
