Abstract:ObjectiveTostudythechemicalconstituentsofColurialongifolia.MethodThen-Butanolpartofethanolextractof C.longifolia was isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography and preparative TLC,then the structuresof obtainedcompoundswereidentifiedbyphysicochemical propertiesandspectraldata.Result Eightcompoundswereisolated and identified separatelyas curcumol (1),gajutsulactones B(2), β -dictyopterol(3), β -eudesmol(4),hesperetin(5),luteolin(6),quercitrin(7),daucosterol(8).ConclusionAll thecompounds are isolatedfrom this plant forthe first time.

無(wú)尾果C.longifolia為薔薇科(Rosaceae)植物無(wú)尾果的全草,是藏藥“熱袞巴”的基原植物之一,常用于關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、關(guān)節(jié)炎等的治療。(剩余7326字)
