Chemical Constituentsfromn-Butanol Fractionof Coluria longifolia

Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythechemicalconstituentsofColurialongifolia.MethodThen-Butanolpartofethanolextractof C.longifolia was isolated and purified by silica gel，Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography and preparative TLC，then the structuresof obtainedcompoundswereidentifiedbyphysicochemical propertiesandspectraldata.Result Eightcompoundswereisolated and identified separatelyas curcumol （1），gajutsulactones B（2）， β -dictyopterol（3）， β -eudesmol（4），hesperetin（5），luteolin（6），quercitrin（7），daucosterol（8）.ConclusionAll thecompounds are isolatedfrom this plant forthe first time.

無(wú)尾果C.longifolia為薔薇科（Rosaceae）植物無(wú)尾果的全草，是藏藥“熱袞巴”的基原植物之一，常用于關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、關(guān)節(jié)炎等的治療。（剩余7326字）
