淺析軌道交通城軌車輛客室線槽結(jié)構(gòu)

摘 要：文章介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)軌道交通行業(yè)城軌車輛客室線槽的幾種結(jié)構(gòu)，主要從線槽斷面、安裝結(jié)構(gòu)、分區(qū)方式對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)描述。同時(shí)對(duì)客室線槽結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析，從可靠性、可維護(hù)性、平臺(tái)性、工藝性等角度提出了客室線槽的簡(jiǎn)統(tǒng)化建議。

Abstract：This paper introduces several structures of rail car passenger compartment in domestic rail transit industry，and describes them in detail from the section，installation structure and partition way of the rail car compartment.At the same time，the structure of the passenger room cable trough is analyzed，and the simplified suggestions of the passenger room cable trough are put forward from the aspects of reliability，maintainability，platform and manufacturability.

1 概述

軌道交通車輛的電纜布線根據(jù)位置分為底架布線、客室布線、車頂布線，客室布線的主要承載部件為客室左右線槽，客室頂部左右兩側(cè)各有一個(gè)從頭到尾的線槽，采用鋁板折彎結(jié)構(gòu)，焊接成嵌套雙U形。（剩余1637字）
