軌道車輛載流分析及電纜選型設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要：本文根據(jù)城市軌道車輛的回流電路并聯(lián)分流的特點(diǎn)，從布線施工、電纜選型、線路阻值等方面進(jìn)行電路實(shí)際電流情況分析，反向驗(yàn)證電纜選型是否滿足要求，避免因支路電流超過電纜承載能力而出現(xiàn)電纜失效的情況，也為存在類似并聯(lián)分流電路的城軌車輛提供一種電纜選型的理論計(jì)算方法。

Abstract：According to the characteristics of parallel shunting of the return circuit of urban rail vehicles，this paper analyzes the actual current of the circuit from the aspects of wiring construction，cable selection，line resistance，etc.，and reversely verifies whether the cable selection meets the requirements，to avoid cable failure due to the branch current exceeding the cable carrying capacity，and also provides a theoretical calculation method for cable selection for urban rail vehicles with parallel shunting circuits.

1 概述

城市軌道交通車輛通常會(huì)存在一些并聯(lián)分流的電路，我們習(xí)慣于不同支流選用同一款線型，而往往在實(shí)際的電流測(cè)試過程中會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，并聯(lián)分流的電路里電纜載流情況極不平衡，同一回路中有些電纜的載流超過自身承載能力，有些電纜的載流極小甚至出現(xiàn)負(fù)電流情況。（剩余2183字）
