雙碳目標(biāo)下高校能動(dòng)專業(yè)開(kāi)展責(zé)任關(guān)懷教育

摘要：以某高校能動(dòng)專業(yè)2020屆本科畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)分析作為切入口，探討雙碳目標(biāo)下高校能動(dòng)專業(yè)開(kāi)展責(zé)任關(guān)懷教育的有效路徑。通過(guò)專業(yè)層面納入人才培養(yǎng)方案，教師層面融入日常教學(xué)，學(xué)生層面浸入社團(tuán)、科研、競(jìng)賽和社會(huì)實(shí)踐等措施，在高校中推廣責(zé)任關(guān)懷理念，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生責(zé)任關(guān)懷素養(yǎng)，提高學(xué)生可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力。

Abstract：The effective path of responsible care education under the dual carbon goal has been discussed by taking the employment analysis of 2020 undergraduate graduates of energy and power engineering major in a university as the starting point.Through the inclusion of talent training programs at the professional level，the integration of daily teaching at the teacher level，and the immersion of students in associations，scientific research，competitions and social practice at the student level，we can promote the concept of responsible care in universities，cultivate students' quality of responsible care and improve students' ability of sustainable development.

縱觀國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)，對(duì)責(zé)任關(guān)懷理念的應(yīng)用報(bào)道不多，研究主要集中在兩方面：一是站在化工企業(yè)角度，研究推進(jìn)責(zé)任關(guān)懷對(duì)行業(yè)綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用，邊際（2017）指出在中國(guó)促進(jìn)責(zé)任關(guān)懷可以增進(jìn)公眾認(rèn)知，落實(shí)企業(yè)主體責(zé)任，推動(dòng)綠色發(fā)展［1］；常敏（2019）指出行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、化工園區(qū)、企業(yè)等積極推廣責(zé)任關(guān)懷理念，共同促進(jìn)石化行業(yè)的健康和綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展［2］；何振都（2020）從組織管理、產(chǎn)品監(jiān)管、物流安全、職業(yè)安全、職業(yè)醫(yī)療和健康保護(hù)、工藝安全、環(huán)境保護(hù)和應(yīng)急響應(yīng)等方面闡述了巴斯夫踐行“責(zé)任關(guān)懷”的最佳實(shí)踐［3］。（剩余4271字）
