“五育并舉”視域下高職院校醫(yī)學(xué)生勞動教育路徑研究

摘 要 勞動教育具有樹德、增智、強體、育美的綜合育人價值。文章圍繞“五育并舉”教育理念，深入分析了高職院校醫(yī)學(xué)生勞動教育在實施中出現(xiàn)的邊緣化、片面化和功利化問題，并從把握育人導(dǎo)向、遵循育人規(guī)律、構(gòu)建育人矩陣等方面提出切實可行的勞動教育路徑，以期為高職院校醫(yī)學(xué)生勞動教育改革提供參考。

Research on the Path of Labor Education for Medical Students in Vocational

Colleges from the Perspective of "Five Educations Simultaneously"

Abstract Labor education has the comprehensive educational value of cultivating morality， increasing intelligence， strengthening physical fitness， and nurturing beauty. The article focuses on the educational concept of "five educations simultaneously" and deeply analyzes the marginalization， one sidedness， and utilitarianism issues in the implementation of labor education for medical students in vocational colleges. It proposes practical and feasible labor education paths from the aspects of grasping the orientation of education， following the laws of education， and constructing an education matrix， in order to provide reference for the reform of labor education for medical students in vocational colleges.
