摘 要 文章依據(jù)Foord教師職業(yè)發(fā)展同心圓理論,以“三教”改革為立足點(diǎn),借鑒賽道特點(diǎn),創(chuàng)新中職語文教師“五會(huì)”發(fā)展理念,即以會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)、會(huì)研究、會(huì)創(chuàng)新、會(huì)服務(wù)、會(huì)育人為主要內(nèi)容,通過目標(biāo)制定、路徑實(shí)施、評(píng)價(jià)激勵(lì),打造“五會(huì)同心圓”教師成長(zhǎng)模式,以促進(jìn)教師增值賦能,獲得職業(yè)成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展。

Abstract This article is based on Foord's theory of concentric circles in teacher career development, taking the "three education" reform as the starting point, drawing on the characteristics of the track, and innovating the "five skills" development concept of secondary vocational Chinese language teachers. The main content is to learn, research, innovate, serve, and educate people. Through goal setting, path implementation, and evaluation incentives, the "five skills concentric circles" teacher growth model is created to promote teacher value-added empowerment and achieve professional growth and development.
