摘  要：隨著脈動(dòng)裝配生產(chǎn)線在航空航天領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用，對(duì)產(chǎn)品的部裝、總裝環(huán)節(jié)的生產(chǎn)周期壓縮、產(chǎn)能提升方面作用顯著。該文針對(duì)航天裝備機(jī)柜產(chǎn)品任務(wù)特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合現(xiàn)有工藝布局，對(duì)生產(chǎn)單元進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置。通過生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建、關(guān)鍵裝備設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)機(jī)柜脈動(dòng)式柔性裝調(diào)生產(chǎn)線技術(shù)開展研究，縮短生產(chǎn)作業(yè)周期。

Abstract： With the widespread application of pulsating assembly production lines in the aerospace field， they have a significant role in reducing the production cycle and improving production capacity in the partial assembly and final assembly processes of products. This paper optimizes the configuration of production units based on the mission characteristics of aerospace equipment cabinet products and combines the existing process layout. Through the construction of a production planning system and the design of key equipment， research was carried out on the technology of a pulse flexible assembly and adjustment production line for cabinets to shorten the production operation cycle.
