Abstract：ThermalEngineering isacompulsoryspecialized fundamentalcourse forthenon-energyand power majors，laying theknowledge，abilityandqualityfoundationforstudents’studyofthespecialiedcourseandthdevelopmentoftheprofssional ability.Duetothecharacteristicsoflargecontent，strongtheoreticalbasis，highlydificultyandlimitedteachinghoursofthe course，theteachingefectivenessisunsatisfactoryundertraditional teachingmode.Inordertoachievebeterteaching effectiveess，theeducationalphilosophyofOBE（OutcomesbasedEducation），whichisresultsoriented，tudentcenteredand continuouslyimprovingteaching，isintroducedintothecourseteaching，theteachingobjectives，teachingdesignandassessment andevaluationsystemisoptimized.TheblendedteachingreformpracticeofThermalEngineringbasedonOBEconceptis caried out，which help to improve the teaching effectiveness and achieve teaching reform objectives.
