Abstract：Thispaperfocusesontheresearchofahierarchicaltrainingmodelforprofessionaldegreegraduatestudentsbased ondomainknowledgeandskilscultivationandinovationcultivation.Itexploresa"goaloriented，skillstrengthening" hierarchicalinnovationabilitytrainingmodelforprofesionaldegreegraduatestudentsWithinthegraduateeducationsystem， basedontheirtraininggoalsandpositioning，thesupervisorsetsthedomainorprojectdirection，formulatesahierarchicalability goalof"professoalnowledgeandskilslevelinnovatiolevel"，decompossthetasksoftegoalprocessintoexeutionuits andmodulesaccordingtotheCDIO（ConceptC，DesignD，ImplementationI，OperationO）model，andguidestheconception， design，implementationoperationndevaluationprocessofstagetasksthoughouttheprocesstoomprehensivelyeancethe inovationabilityofgraduatestudents.Thepaperfurtherresearchesandimprovestheinnovationabilitytrainingmodelof graduate students，and achieve specificgoal of cultivating high-level specialized talents in the profesion.
