Abstract:OceanengineeringservesasacrucialpillarforChina'smaritimepowerstrategy,playingasignificantrolein drivingeconomicdevelopment,safeguardingnationalsecurityandpromotingsustainabledevelopment.Inrecentyears,theglobal oceanegineeingctohaswiessdapidadvancemntsiniteligent,digitalandeenrasfoatioontiuouslylevating requirementsforprofesionals‘knowledgeframeworksandtechnicalcompetencies.China’scurrentoceanengineeigtalent cultivatiosystemrequiresfurtheroptimizationtocultivatehigh-quaityprofessionalscapableofmetingnationalstrategic demandsandindustrialupgradingneeds.Norway,leveragingitsworld-leadingoceanengineeringindustrialcluster,hasdevelped adistinctiveinnovativetalentcultivationsystem.Thisstudyemploysacomparativeanalysismethodtosystematicalldeconstruct Norway'soceanengineeringeducationalparadigmsthroughfivedimensions:cultivationobjectives,curiculumdesign,pedagogical approaches,practicingabilitytraining,andfaculty.BasedonChina'scurentoceanengineeingeducationlandscape,targeted optimizationrecommendationsareproposedtoprovidetheoreticalreferencesandpracticalpathwaysforadvancingocean engineering education reform in the new era.
