Abstract：Thejointtrainingofundergraduateoficersisaspecificmeasuretostrengthentheconstructionofnewtypemilitarytalentteams，promoteoeneducation，andenhanceinterscholexchanges.Itisalsoabeneficialexplorationtodeepenthe reformof talenttrainingmodels，broadenthehorizonsofstudents，andenrichtheirexperiences.ThispapertakesthejointtrainingofundergraduatestudentsmajoringinInformationWarfareTechnologyinmiliaryacademiesasanexample，anddesignsa jointtalenttrainingtargetmodelbasedontheconceptofOBE.ByStrengtheningtheapplication-orienteddemandorientationof NewEngineering，wehaveresearchedandconstructedajointtrainingcuriculumsystemthatcoversgeneralfoundations，disciplinaryandprofesioalfoundations，andfirstappintment.Aqualityasurancesystecovringheentireprocess，allelements， andmultiplesubjectsofjointtraininghasbeendevelopedbasedonthePDCAdualcyclemodel.Aftermultiplebatchesof joint trainingpracti，theresultsshowthatthecompreensiveabiliesofjointtrainingstudentsinjointoperationsawarenesprofes sionalknowledge，andcombataplicationhavebeesignificantlyimproved.Meanwhile，thejointtrainingpathandpractical methodsproposedinthispaperhavesignificantbenefisandstrongpostefectsintalentcultivation，andhaveagoodradiation demonstration effect on the joint training of military majors in military academies.
