Abstract:Contemporaryhighereducationneedstokeeppacewith therapiddevelopmentsof socialeconomyandscience andtechology.Theimpactofinterdisciplinarityisparticularlyimportantforthesedevelopments,sothereformofcoresponding coursesofinterdisciplinarysubjectsisimperative.Takingrecentcourseteachingpracticesasexamples,wediscusedtherefor andinovationofinterdisciplinarytheoreticalcoursesofTheoreticalEcologyandTeoreticalPhysicsfromaninterdisciplinary perspective.
