[Abstract] Thedeep integrationofredcultureanduniversities sports talentcultivationisastrategicchoice tostrengthen thecultural foundation and fulfillthemisionofLide Shuren in thenew era.Red culture plays animportant role in shaping students'valueandcharacter，innovating the path ofLide Shuren inschools，andserving theconstructionof sports power.Currently，inthefceofthepracticalchallengessuchas theinsuffienteficiencyofresourceconversion， the needto strengthen teacherseducationcapabilities，and theneed to improvethecuriculum ideologicalandpolitical education system，theresearch puts forward strategiessuchas through schoollocal collaborativeresource development andthrough digital technology empowerment;Itadopts hierarchical cultivationand interdisciplinary cooperation to improve teachers'quality; It improves the top-level planning and dynamic evaluation mechanism，so as to promote the deepintegration of thered spirit and sports practice，and cultivate high-quality sports talents with both morality and technical qualities，as well as a deep sense of patriotism.
