[Abstract] Thisarticle aims toexplore therole,scientific training methods,and implementation strategies of core strength training for competitiveaerobicsathletes.This research analysis indicatescore strength training can help competitiveaerobics athletes achieve positive results in the folowing four aspects: improving body posture,enhancing athletic ability,preventing sports injuries,andpromoting thecomprehensive developmentofathletic qualities.Atthe sametime,thearticle proposes core strength training methodsand implementation strategies suitable for competitive aerobics athletes,pointing out that core strength training should folow theprinciples of gradual progress and diferentiatedtreatment,adoptscientifictrainingmethods,andarrngetrainingloadsreasonablytoenhancecorestrength and improve competitive sports ability,and help athletes demonstrate their best competitive stateon the field.
