[Abstract] With therapid developmentof technology，the deep integrationofartificial intellgenceandnational fitnes has become a new trend in promoting the development of sports.This article focuses on the theme of the deep integrationofartificial intelligenceandmassftness，elaboratingonitssignificance inehancingthescientificnatureof fitnes，achieving personalized services，optimizing resource allocation，and promoting innovation in the sports industry. At the same time，italsoexplores theurrent innovation chalenges faced，including limitations intechnolgyapplication， data securityrisks，lowuseracceptance，andashortageof profesional talent.Inresponsetothese challenges，inovative strategiesareproposedfromaspectssuchas technologicalinnovation，data management，marketpromotion，andtalent cultivation，imingtoprovidereferencesforpromotingthedeepintegrationofrtificialinteligenceandnationalfitess， thereby buildinga more efficient，intelligent，and inclusive national fitness ecosystem.
