[Abstract] Under the background of the "Healthy China 2O3o" strategy and the "core literacy" education reform, college shutlecock courses,as a carrier forcultivating college students'physical movementabilities,healthy behaviors,and sports ethics,face dilemmas such as unbalanced goal positioning,lack ofcultural inheritance,and a lagging evaluationsystem.This research is basedonthe three-dimensional framework of "sports ability,healthy behavior,and sports ethics" of the core literacy in the physical education discipline.It analyzes the problems of the current courses in terms of goals,content, evaluation,etc.It reconstructs the implementation paths fromaspects such as the layered design of teaching content,construction ofa three-dimensional teaching modelof "clasroomextracurricular-competition",the guaranteeofteaching staff and venue resources,andconstructionofa diversified evaluation system.The aim is to promote the transformation of shuttlecock courses from a technology based to a literacy based approach,providinga reference for the innovative development of traditional ethnic sports projects in colleges.
