新時代高職體育服務(wù)職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的策略研究

[Abstract] Inthecontextof the new era，vocational sports，as animportant componentofthe vocational education system，itshoulders theresponsibilityofcultivatingversatileandappiedsportstalents.Usingmethodssuchasliterature research andlogical analysis，this paperexplores the practical dificulties andoptimization pathsofcollaborative education between vocational sportsand vocational education in this regard.Research has found that there are core problems in curent ocational pyicaleducation，suchasadisconnectbetweenurricuumdsignandprofesinaleeds，isuet integration ofindustryandeducation，lack ofcultivationofhumanistic literacy，and laging evaluation mechanisms. Based o this，itis proposed tooptimize the "Sports+" curriculum module based onprofessional abilities; Based on the symbiotic relationshipbetween schoolsand enterprises， itaims to createa practical educationconsortium; Itdeepens theideologicalandpoliticaltransformationofsportsspirit withculturalinfltrationasthesoul; Ittakesdigitaltechnology as the wing，innovates inteligent teaching evaluation models andother innovative paths for vocational education talent cultivation in the new era of higher vocational sports services.
