Schoolof Physical Education,Changsha University,Changsha,Hunan Province,41oooo China [Abstract] This study adopts the methods of literature reviewand logical analysis to explore theopportunities and existing problems forthe high-qualitydevelopment of schoolphysical education in China under thebackground of "DoubleReduction" policyand proposes practical countermeasures.Intermsof opportunities,the "DoubleReduction" policy has alleviated students'academic burden,standardizedoff-campus subjecttraining market,and strengthened he dominant position ofschool physical education.Dilemmas: Insuficient resources for the development of school physical education;Inadequate integrationof social forces has weakenedtheeffectivenessofafter-school physical education services;The poor system connection has hindered the in-depth implementation of the integrationof sportsand education.In termsofcountermeasures,it promotes theeficient allocation of school physical educationresources to layasolid foundationforits high-qualitydevelopmentofschool physical education; Itactively introduces social forces toparticipateinafter-schoolphysical educationservicesinschools topromote the integrated developmentof inside and outside theschool; It continuously promotes the in-depth implementationofthe integration strategyof sports and education to form a multi-party collaborative education system.
