Analysis of the Impact of Traditional Wushu Training on Physical Function
WANG Liang GeelyUniversity ofChina,Chengdu,SichuanProvince,6414oo China [Abstract] Traditional Wushu training belongs to comprehensive physical and mental exercise,which iscomposedof basic skills,techniques and routines,internal qigong and practical taining.Through this kindoftraining,itcannotonly promote the development of physical form,such as strengthening muscle strength and endurance,improving physical coordination and balance ability,but it can also playa positive effect on physiological functions,such as improving cardiopulmonary function,regulating endocrine system,optimizing nervous system and soon. In adition,traditional Wushu trainingcan also strengthen willpower and self-control,improve stressresistance and anti-pressure abilityand improveemotionalregulationandmentalhealth.Itcanbeseenthattraditional Wushu training iseffectivein comprehensively enhancing physical and mental health.
