Value,Dilemma and Path of Digital Literacy Improvement of College Physical Education Teachers in the New Era
FU Haonan ZHOU Xiangcheng Department of Physical Education,Tianjin Ren 'ai College,Tianjin,3O1636 China [Abstract] The transformation of digital iteracy forphysical education teachers incoleges has become an important lever to deepen educational modernization and builda sports power.Based onthis,through literature analysis and policy interpretation,this paper systematically explores thevalue implications,practical dilemmasand practical paths for enhancing thedigital literacyof physical education teachers incollges in thenew era.Theresearch finds thatthe improvementof digital literacycanrevolutionize thetraditional physical education teaching model,promote the intelligenceof teaching scenarios,faclitate thecross-regional sharingof high-quality educational resources,and empower sports scientific research innovationand interdisciplinary integration.However,the improvementof digital literacyamong physical education teachers in collges stillfaces dilemmas such as outdated concepts,fragmented training, imbalanced resource alocation,and the absence of evaluation mechanisms.Therefore,it is suggested to promote the improvement of digital literacy of physical education teachers in collges by guiding cognitive reconstruction with conceptualinoationitegratingabilitydancementtougherachicaltring,ctivatingacolborativeote through resource sharing,and driving continuous growth through dynamic evaluation.
