Abstract：ZishuaiNo.7isamid-late maturingpurple-blackroundeggplantofthe hybrid generationwith theinbred line Y25-2013 as the female parent and the inbred line Y118-2013 as the male parent.The plant is 95cm in height and 70cm in width;the fruit of the first branching is bornedon the 7th-8th leaves，the peel is purplish black withbright uster， withthe fruit shape indexofO.93，fruit hilumsmall，without greenapex.Theflesh islight greenand tender，theaveragemass of the single fruit isabout 650g .The stemis strong，harvesting interval is short， the continuous fruit setting is also strong，theincidenceof blight inthe field was lower than thatof thecontrol varietyHebao，theyieldof 667m2 （2 planted in the early spring protected area can reach 8000kg . It is suitable for protected cultivation in North China and Northeast China.
