全球化背景下工匠精神的發(fā)揚(yáng)與傳播

摘 要：工匠精神是一種職業(yè)精神，它代表著對(duì)工作的熱愛、專注和追求卓越的態(tài)度。文章在探討工匠精神的起源、影響的基礎(chǔ)上，分析工匠精神在全球化背景下的發(fā)揚(yáng)和傳播。工匠精神不僅可以促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)，還可以促進(jìn)國(guó)際交流與合作，推動(dòng)不同文化間的理解和融合。

under the Background of Globalization

Abstract：Craftsman’s spirit is a kind of professional spirit，which represents the attitude of love，concentration and pursuit of excellence.On the basis of discussing the origin and influence of craftsman’s spirit，this paper analyzes its development and dissemination under the background of globalization.The craftsman’s spirit can not only boost technological innovation and industrial upgrading，but also promote international exchanges and cooperation to improve the understanding and integration between different cultures.
