科教融合背景下先進(jìn)機(jī)械工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師培養(yǎng)策略探究

摘 要:結(jié)合新時(shí)代先進(jìn)機(jī)械工業(yè)的發(fā)展特征,針對(duì)先進(jìn)機(jī)械工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師核心能力需求,分析現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師培養(yǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題與挑戰(zhàn),進(jìn)而提出政府、行業(yè)、院校及企業(yè)等多方合作,共同構(gòu)建現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師培養(yǎng)體系的策略,以推動(dòng)機(jī)械行業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展與國(guó)家科教融合戰(zhàn)略的深入實(shí)施。

Abstract:Based on the development characteristics of advanced machinery industry in the new era and the core competence requirements of field engineers in advanced machinery industry,this paper analyzes the problems and challenges existing in the training of field engineers,and puts forward the strategies of multiple cooperation among government,industry,colleges and enterprises to jointly build the training system of field engineers,which intends to promote the sustainable development of the machinery industry and the in-depth implementation of the national science and education.
