產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊伍建設(shè)背景下職業(yè)教育思政課程融合工匠精神研究
摘 要:文章通過深入分析產(chǎn)業(yè)工人隊伍建設(shè)背景下工匠精神的內(nèi)涵,提出優(yōu)化課程內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新教學(xué)實踐、完善評價體系等職業(yè)教育思政課程融入工匠精神的策略,旨在為培養(yǎng)具備工匠精神的準產(chǎn)業(yè)工人提供理論支持與實踐指導(dǎo)。

Research on the Integration of Craftsman’s Spirit into Ideological
and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Educationunder the Background of Industrial Workers’ Team Construction

Abstract:Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation of craftsman’s spirit under the back ground of industrial workers’ team construction,this paper proposes a series of strategies such as optimizing course contents,innovating teaching practices,and improving the evaluation system,which aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating quasi-industrial workers with the spirit of craftsman.
