黃炎培職業(yè)教育思想對職教本科學(xué)生工匠精神培育的啟示

摘 要:文章以黃炎培職業(yè)教育思想為理論基礎(chǔ),通過梳理本科層次職業(yè)教育特點、新時期學(xué)生工匠精神缺失的主要特征,提出了在職業(yè)本科教育中培育工匠精神的方法和策略。

Abstract:Based on Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought,this paper analyzes the characteristics of undergraduate vocational education and the main features of lacking craftsman’s spirit for students in the new era,and puts forward the methods and strategies of cultivating craftsman’s spirit in vocational undergraduate education.

2019年《國務(wù)院關(guān)于印發(fā)國家職業(yè)教育改革實施方案的通知》和2021年中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)的《關(guān)于推動現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的意見》,要求職業(yè)教育應(yīng)堅持立德樹人、德技并修,將發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育作為優(yōu)化高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)和培養(yǎng)大國工匠、能工巧匠的重要方式,推動思想政治教育與技術(shù)技能培養(yǎng)融合統(tǒng)一,建設(shè)技能型社會,弘揚工匠精神,培養(yǎng)更多高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才,為全面建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家提供有力的人才和技能支撐。(剩余5971字)
