新時(shí)代工匠精神融入高職院校文化建設(shè)路徑探析

——以浙江安防職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為例

摘 要：新時(shí)代工匠精神對(duì)高職院校培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才有著積極的影響。通過分析工匠精神融入高職院校文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵，以浙江安防職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為實(shí)踐案例，提出將工匠精神融入高職院校文化建設(shè)的四個(gè)路徑：建立管理指導(dǎo)機(jī)制、打響教學(xué)特色亮點(diǎn)、完善師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)和拓展數(shù)字賦能渠道。

Paths Analysis of Integrating Craftsman’s Spirit

into the Cultural Construction in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

Abstract：Craftsman’s spirit in the new era plays a positive role in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in vocational colleges.By analyzing the connotation of integrating craftsman’s spirit into the cultural construction in vocational colleges，this paper takes Zhejiang College of Security Technology as a practical case，and puts forward four paths to integrate craftsman’s spirit into the cultural construction in vocational colleges：establishing a management and guidance mechanism，highlighting teaching characteristics and highlights，improving the structure of teaching staff and expanding digital empowerment channels.
