現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制在鉗工實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要：現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是圍繞職業(yè)化人才培養(yǎng)工作中可供選擇運(yùn)用的新方法，在職業(yè)院校鉗工專業(yè)教學(xué)單位開展學(xué)生教學(xué)培養(yǎng)工作中能發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵性作用，能夠支持促進(jìn)學(xué)生的理論知識素養(yǎng)，專業(yè)實(shí)踐技能均得到顯著的改善提升。文章圍繞現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制在鉗工實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用展開簡要的闡釋分析。

Abstract：Modern apprenticeship is a new method that can be selected and applied in the process of promoting and carrying out teaching and training for vocational talents. It plays a crucial role in advancing and implementing student teaching and training in the benchwork professional teaching of vocational colleges，and can support and enhance students' theoretical knowledge and professional practical skills significantly. This article briefly explains and analyzes the application of modern apprenticeship in the benchwork practical teaching.
