摘 要：螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于露天煤礦，針對螺桿式空壓機(jī)在WK-35電鏟上應(yīng)用及常見故障問題，文章通過闡述其工作原理淺析其運(yùn)行中故障出現(xiàn)及日常點(diǎn)檢維護(hù)事項(xiàng)，結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用及多年維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)，分析其常見故障原因及后果，并針對不同原因提出相應(yīng)解決措施。

Abstract：Screw air compressors are widely used in open-pit coal mines.In response to the application and common faults of screw air compressors on WK-35 electric shovels，this article elaborates on their working principle，analyzes the occurrence of faults during operation and daily inspection and maintenance matters，dissects the common fault causes and consequences，and proposes corresponding solutions for different reasons with the combination of practical application and years of maintenance experience，
