內(nèi)蒙古高職院校北疆文化與工匠精神耦合育人路徑研究

摘 要：將職業(yè)院校所倡導(dǎo)弘揚(yáng)的工匠精神與北疆文化耦合，探索兩者在文化溯源、內(nèi)涵建設(shè)、時(shí)代價(jià)值、精神指引、育人實(shí)踐、傳播路徑上的共通性，提出職業(yè)教育文化育人的新路徑。

Research on the Coupling Cultivation Path of Northern BorderCulture and Craftsman’s Spirit in Vocational Colleges in Inner Mongolia

Abstract：The article integrates craftsman’s spirit advocated by vocational colleges with the northern border culture，explores the commonalities between the two in terms of cultural origins，connotation construction，contemporary value，spiritual guidance，educational practices，and dissemination channels，and proposes a new path of cultural education in vocational education.

北疆文化是在中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的涵養(yǎng)下，由紅色文化與社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化共鑄而成，涵蓋了目前內(nèi)蒙古所有的文化類型，是內(nèi)蒙古廣袤大地上各種優(yōu)秀文化的集大成者，具有鮮明的地域特色。（剩余4516字）
