Abstract:Liquefiednaturalgas(LNG)storagetankconstructionprojectsarecharacterizedbyhighinvestment,longcycles,and multiplemaagemettefaces.Atrsetihireaseinompeitoiustrteductioitractuaid theriseinpenaltyforsheduledefault,teprojectshdulemanagementunderenginering,procurement,andconstructio (EC)mode isfacinggreaterchallenges,whichputs forwardhigherrequirementsforscheduleriskmanagement.ThispaperintroducedheEPC general contracting modeandthecharacteristicsofriskmanagement,summarizedthesheduleriskintheprocessofstoragetank construction,adutquanitaieesofsouhalyracyprss.Onissisitpro measures forscheduleriskmanagement,aimingatprovidingreferences forschedulerisk managementofsubsequentLNGproject construction.
當(dāng)前,國內(nèi)LNG儲罐建設(shè)項目主要采用EPC總承包模式,該模式通過整合設(shè)計、采辦與施工環(huán)節(jié),可充分發(fā)揮各參建單位專業(yè)優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化配置,有效提升項目建設(shè)的進(jìn)度、費用、質(zhì)量安全管控水平。(剩余6361字)
