Abstract:This paper constructedacarbon emision mechanism modelforanoilfeldsurface production systemfroma wholelife cycle perspective.Themodelanalyzedthecarbonmetabolismlawofoilextraction,gatheringanddistribution,procesing,storage,and transportation,whilealsoconsideringdiferencesacrossvariousproductionphasesandcalculationmethods.Thestudyrevealsthatfuel combustion,procssemissons,irecteissors,ndfugitivelaksconstitutethefouraincarbonsoueswithinoilfeldsface engineering.Themodel'svaliditywasverifiedusingthepumpingunitsystemintheDqing SeventhOilProductionPlantasatypical case.Furthermore,acombinedemissionreductionschemewasproposed,includingpermanentmagnetdirect-driveequipment retrofiting,ntelltteitingooldigialakngschinpideial oilfieldenterprisestoformulatecarbonemisionreductionstrategiesandoffera technicalpathwayforthegreenandlow-carbon transformationofoilfieldsurfaceproductionsystems,therebyfacilitatingtheimplementationofthenational“carbonpeakigand carbon neutrality”strategy.
