2</sub> 物理性質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,將安全停輸時間定義為管內(nèi)任意一點介質(zhì)進(jìn)入氣液兩相區(qū)的時間,基于OLGA軟件建立了長距離CCUS工程管道的物理模型,并通過單因素實驗法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法分析了不同參數(shù)對安全停輸時間的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,停輸過程中,全線壓力迅速趨于一致,起點最先進(jìn)入氣液兩相區(qū);在入口溫度 45<sup>°</sup>C 、出口壓力9MPa、土壤溫度 20<sup>°</sup>C 、總傳熱系數(shù)1.5W/ (m<sup>2</sup>?<sup>°</sup>C) )的條件下,起點、中點和末點進(jìn)入氣液兩相區(qū)的時間分別為 21.2h 、23.1h和 <img src="/qkimages/80d0/80d0202502/80d020250204-1-l.jpg" with="44px" style="vertical-align: middle;"> ;再啟動過程會產(chǎn)生壓力激增現(xiàn)象,最大增幅0.5MPa ,但不會影響管道承壓;此外,當(dāng)土壤溫度較高、總傳熱系數(shù)較大、入口溫度較低、出口壓力較高、管道輸量較小時,可適當(dāng)延長管道的安全停輸時間,為維搶修創(chuàng)造有利條件。研究結(jié)果可為同類CCUS工程管道設(shè)計和運行提供參考。-龍源期刊網(wǎng)" />

CCUS工程管道安全停輸時間模擬分析研究

Abstract:Thechallngesassociatedwithpipeinesutdownintheproces ofpipelnetransportationinCCUSprojetsdiferfromtose inconventionaloilandgaspipelines.Themediumwithinthepipelineundergoes transienttmperature,pressre,andphasechanges, whichcauseanimpactonipelinsandaccesois.Terefore,itisparticularlyimporanttoeterineteoundaronditiosofafe shutdown. By analyzing the physical properties of CO 2 containing impurities,the safe shutdown duration is defined as the time when the mediumentersthegas-liquidtwo-phasezoneatanypoint inthepipe.Aphysicalmodelofthelong-distanceCCU pipeline isbuilt basedonOLGAsoftware,andtheinfluenceofdiferentparametersonthesafeshutdondurationisanalyzedbysinglefactorexperiment andgreycorelationmethod.Theresultsshowthatthepressureofthewholelinetendstobethesamerapidlyduringtheshutdown process,and the starting point first enters the gas-liquid two-phase zone.At inlet temperature of 45 ,outlet pressure of 9 MPa, soil temperature of and total heat transfer coefficient of 1.5W/(m2?°C) ,the entry time of the starting point,the middle point,and the endpointintothegas-lqudtwophasezoneare21.223.1and70.5h,respectively.Therestartprocessinducesapressureurge, peakingatanincreaseofO.5MPa,which,however,doesnotafectthepresureofthepipeline.Itisadvisabletoextendthesafe shutdowndurationinconditionssuchaselevatedsoiltemperature,ahighertotalhattransfercoefcient,lowerinlettemperature, increasedoutletpressre,andducedpipelinethoughput,terebyfacilitatingmaitenanceandrepairoperations.Teresearchresults can be used as a reference for pipeline design and operation of similar CCUS projects.
