Abstract:Tesafetyandstabilityofpipingdesignatofshoreplatfomwellheadsarecucialfortesafeoperationofthentireplatfo. Basedontheloadcharacteriticsandboundaryconditionsofhigpressuregasinjectionpipelinesforreciprocatingcompresos,is studyproposscorespondingguidelinesforoverallstressverificationanalysis,principlesforstressconditioncombinaion,and optimizeddesignmethodsforwelleadpiping.Takingthewellheadpipingdesignofagasinjectiondevelopmentpilotprojectforalowpermeabilityofshoreoilreservoirasanexample,thestudyconductsstaticstressandfatigueconditionanalysis,nozleandflange leakagenalsis,pipelinemodalandresoacenalysis,ndeyomponntacousticnducedvbrationanalysisforallizd high-pressuregasijectionpipelines.Theresearchshowsthatcontinuousstressconditionistekeycondition;thefirstordrnatural frequencyofthepipelinesystemiselativelylow,andmultiplenaturalfrequencisareprontooverlapwithteecitationfrequncyof thecompresorrefe,itisessaryiiteigspprtsdlottodetfreecyngdo itisnecessarytoconductanAIVanalysisofkeycomponentsinadvancetoscreenoutpipelineswiththeriskofvibration-induced failure,providing an important basis for detailed acoustic response stress analysis in the next stage.
