Abstract:Thesubseadrillngrigisakindofkeynewdevicefordeepwateroilandgasdrilingandneedstoberuntotheseabed operation pointwiththehelpofdillstrings.However,theoceanenvironmentiscomplicatedandchangeable,andinsomesudden emergencies,teelevantpatsoftesubsadrilingigsstearediltereovedquicklyTerefoe,itisessaytoca outrapidemergencydisconnection.Thispaperstudiedanddesignedanunderwaterliftingpointemergencydisconnectiondevicefor deepwatersubseadrllingrigs.Whenthesubseadillingigisindistressduringoperationandrequresemergencydiscotionte loweredpipecolumnandsubseadrilingrigcanacieveinstantseparationbyrotatingtheemergencydiscoectiondevice.Attesame time,theanti-recoilcomponentinstaledontheupperpartofthedeviceautomaticallyrealizestheriseandsinkingcompesation function,wichectivelyferstcoilesponeoflowedpiecoudtielyprotctsthsetyoftepsl theintegrityof thequipmentattheoperationsite.Thisemergencydisconnectiondevicerealizesthesafeandfastdiscoetionof subseadrillngigsinergenychsigcantlyproestsetydlibilityofepwatersubeadrillngatis.It notonlyprovidesareferencefortheoptimizeddesignoftesubseadrillngigsafetysystembutalsoprovidesstrongsupprtforits offshore test application.
