Abstract:Atpresent,theRuralRevitalizationStrategyisatacriticalstageofdevelopment,andthedemandfortalentsin "agriculture,uralareasandruralresidents"isgrowing.However,itisnoteworthythatgraduatesofagriculturerelatedcoleges anduniversitiesaregenerallyreluctanttofindemploymentinthecountryside,whichreflectstheshortcomingsofagriculturerelatedcollegesanduniversitiesincultivatingfelingsabout"agriculture,ruralareasandruralresidents".Inordertosolvethis problem,thispaperdiscuesindepthhowtointegratethescholhistoryresourcesofagriculturaluniversitiesintothecultivation processof"agriculture,ruralareasandruralresidents"felings.Throughin-depthanalysisofthecurrenteducationdilemma,it putsforwardinnovativestrategies,includingbuldingascholhistoryworkandcuiculumideologicalandpolicalcoaborative education mechanism,as well as a deep integration strategy driven by student participation.
