Abstract：Promoting themodernizationofthenationalgovemancesystemandgovernancecapabilitiesonthe track of the ruleoflawisoneofthecoreesentialsofXiJinping ThoughtontheRuleofLaw.Withtheadventoftheeraofbigdata， digitaltechnologycontinuestoempowerruralgovemanceandprovidenewopportunitiesforthemodernizationofruralgovemance. However，therearealsosomeproblems.Thispaperanalyzesthestatusofruralruleof lawconstructioninTCounty，and addressestheproblemsofvilagersweakawarenessoftheruleoflaw，poorpublicityefectoftheruleoflaw，lowutilization rateof infrastructure，andlowqualityofcadres.Inresponsetorelatedissues，itisnecessarytostrengthendigitalembeddgand increaselegalpopularization，whilestrengtheningatentiontotheconstructionofsmartruleoflaw，increasinginvestmentin infrastructure，andstrengtheningtheconstructionoftalentteams，etc.，soastorealizetheintellgentruleoflawinruralareas. Finally，social governance will be modernized through smart rule of law.
