Abstract：Inthecontextofthedevelopmentofthenewerainthefaceoftherapidpopularizationofglobalagricultural inteligencetheurgentneedforecologicalandenvironmentalprotectionandtheprofoundchangesinthegriculturalonomic structure，wewillbuildatalenttrainingprogramthatadaptstonewdevelopmentnedstocultivateandserveagriculturaland forestryconstruction.Talentsarecrucial.Thispaperexploresthetalenttrainingmodelbasedontheintegrationofstudentsand masters，combnesteexcelentagiculturalandforesryinovativetalenttrainingplanandstrengthensthepracticaltachiglink byinovatingthetraditionalcurriculumsystem.Theestablishmentofa"multi-mentor"guidancesystemhasexploredand practicedthetrainingmodelofoutstandingagriculturalandforestryinnovativetalentsbasedontheintegrationofstudentsand masters，andhasachievedcertainresults，providingcertainreferencesignificanceforthecultivationofagriculturalandforestry talentsin similar schools.
