摘要：在智慧城市構(gòu)建中，信息安全與隱私保護(hù)至關(guān)重要。本文聚焦網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、數(shù)據(jù)加密、訪問(wèn)控制及隱私保護(hù)機(jī)制，通過(guò)應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)加密、分層訪問(wèn)等技術(shù)，防范網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊與數(shù)據(jù)泄露，保障市民隱私，助力城市管理高效，為智慧城市信息安全提供指導(dǎo)。

Research on Planning and Implementation of Information Infrastructure in Smart City Construction

Abstract： In the construction of smart cities， information security and privacy protection are of paramount importance. This paper focuses on cybersecurity infrastructure， data encryption， access control， and privacy protection mechanisms. By applying technologies such as data encryption and layered access control， it aims to prevent cyber attacks and data breaches， safeguard citizens' privacy， facilitate efficient urban management， and provide comprehensive guidance for information security in smart cities.

智慧城市快速發(fā)展，在交通、能源、醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域帶來(lái)便利與效率提升，但智能設(shè)備和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)廣泛應(yīng)用，使其面臨信息安全與隱私保護(hù)挑戰(zhàn)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊和數(shù)據(jù)泄露頻發(fā)，市民隱私數(shù)據(jù)采集濫用受關(guān)注。（剩余4297字）
