摘要:PLC與變頻器在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)自動(dòng)化及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中核心作用顯著。本文概述了其原理、特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用,分析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)自控系統(tǒng)維修的復(fù)雜性,提出了高效通信、專(zhuān)業(yè)工具及數(shù)據(jù)分析等維修策略,旨在提升維修效率與質(zhì)量,確保系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,保障生產(chǎn)安全與高效。

Abstract: PLCs and frequency converters play a significant role in modern industrial automation and the Internet of Things (IoT). This paper outlines their principles, characteristics, and applications, analyzes the complexity of maintaining IoT automatic control systems, and proposes maintenance strategies such as efficient communication protocols, specialized tools, and data analysis. The aim is to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality, ensure stable system operation, and guarantee safe and efficient production.
