基于信息化手段的藥品精細(xì)化管理實(shí)踐與分析

摘要：基于信息化手段搭建藥品管理監(jiān)督體系，可以保障國家組織集中采購藥品約定用量的有效落實(shí)，引導(dǎo)醫(yī)師、患者優(yōu)先選用集采藥品，管控臨時(shí)采購藥品的流向，落實(shí)新進(jìn)藥品管理制度，對(duì)比分析管理規(guī)則執(zhí)行前后的集采藥品約定量完成率、次均藥費(fèi)、藥占比、藥品庫存金額占用率及藥品流向差錯(cuò)數(shù)量相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)，評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)踐效果。

Practice and Analysis of Refined Drug Management Based on Information Technology

Abstract： A drug management supervision system was established based on information technology to ensure the effective implementation of the agreed dosage of drugs purchased centrally by the state， guide doctors and patients to give priority to the use of drugs purchased centrally， control the flow of temporarily purchased drugs， implement the new drug management system， and compare and analyze the data indicators related to the completion rate of the agreed dosage of drugs purchased centrally， the average drug cost per visit， the drug proportion， the drug inventory amount occupancy rate， and the number of drug flow errors before and after the implementation of the management rules to evaluate the practical effect.
