現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)在中職院校人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用

摘要：現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于各領(lǐng)域，對中職院校人力資源管理至關(guān)重要。本文剖析中職院校人力資源信息化現(xiàn)狀，探討信息技術(shù)對其積極影響，并結(jié)合實際情況提出切實可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，旨在為中職院校有效使用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)進(jìn)行人力資源管理提供實踐參考。

Application of Modern Information Technology in Human Resource Management of Secondary Vocational Colleges

Abstract： Modern information technology is widely used in various fields， which is very important for human resource management in vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource informatization in vocational schools， discusses the positive impact of information technology on it， and puts forward feasible development strategies based on the actual situation， aiming at providing practical reference for the effective use of modern information technology in human resource management in vocational schools.
