摘要：實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型是當(dāng)今我國高校與科研機(jī)構(gòu)的重要命題，本文以A單位數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型為例，詳細(xì)介紹了數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的設(shè)計(jì)理念與方案，以期為我國高校與科研機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型提供參考。

Design of Digital Transformation Plan for Unit A

Abstract： Doing a good job in digital transformation is an important proposition for universities and research institutions in China today. This article takes the digital transformation of Unit A as an example and provides a detailed introduction to the design concepts and plans of digital transformation， in order to provide reference for the digital transformation of universities and research institutions in China.
